Privacy Policy

Pipeline is a private business application operated by RPI Irrigation ("we," "us," or "our")
for our employees and authorized users. This policy explains what information the app collects,
how it is used, and the choices you have. Pipeline requires an authorized account to use; it is
not intended for the general public.
Information We Collect
- Account information — your username and the credentials used to sign in, and your role within the organization.
- Business data you enter — projects, quotes, orders, service tickets, comments, timecards, and similar records you create or update while using the app.
- Photos and files — images and documents you choose to attach to projects, service tickets, and reports. The app accesses your camera or photo library only when you initiate an upload.
- Location — your device location is used only when you actively use a feature that requires it, such as tagging a field check-in or placing a job on the dispatch map. The app does not track your location in the background.
- Device and usage information — basic technical data such as device type and app activity needed to operate the service, and a push notification token if you enable notifications.
How We Use Information
- To provide and operate the app's features for managing sales, service, projects, and field operations.
- To authenticate you and keep your session secure.
- To send notifications you have enabled (for example, project status changes or assignments).
- To maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the service.
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for
third-party advertising or cross-app tracking. Information is accessible to authorized users within
your organization and to service providers that help us operate the app (such as hosting, database,
email, and push-notification providers), who may process it only on our behalf. We may disclose
information if required by law.
Data Storage and Security
Data is stored on secured servers and transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. We apply
reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or
storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
Data Retention
We retain business records and account information for as long as your account is active or as
needed to operate the service and meet legal and business obligations.
Your Choices
- You can control camera, photo, location, and notification permissions in your device's Settings.
- For access, correction, or deletion of your account information, contact your administrator or us at the address below.
Children's Privacy
Pipeline is a workplace tool intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
